Find Your Hat Size
Finding Your Perfect Hat Fit
Hat sizing is personal. Some prefer a snug, secure feel, while others enjoy a little more room. Keep your comfort preference in mind when choosing your size — you may decide to size up, size down, or select your true measurement depending on how you like your hats to fit.
How to Measure Your Hat Size
- Use a soft measuring tape.
- Wrap the tape around your head, keeping it parallel to the ground and about one inch above your ears.
- Measure over the natural bump at the back of your head (the occipital bone).
- Record your measurement to the nearest 1/8 inch for the most accurate fit.
Tips for the Best Fit
- If you fall between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort (unless you prefer a snug fit).
- Measure two or three times to confirm accuracy.
- Keep the tape comfortably snug — not tight.
- These guidelines work best for those who wear a standard (regular oval) hat shape.
