Return Policy
We take pride in your order being correct, promptly delivered and truly enjoyed. In the rare case that the product isn't perfect for you (excluding sale items, custom orders + Cap-Ban-Nu) we are happy to exchange your item or provide a full refund minus the original shipping paid.

To Exchange
Email us at info@millvalleyhatbox.com for your exchange RMA number. Please provide your order number, style and size received and new size desired. Once the merchandise is received and inspected we will promptly send out your newly requested size. Your original method of payment will be charged for the new shipping charges. Please see our return/exchange guidelines below to make sure that you quality for your exchange.

Please email us at returns@millvalleyhatbox.com to receive an RMA number BEFORE sending your merchandise back. Any returned boxes without an RMA number will not be accepted. Please see our return/exchange guidelines below to make sure that you quality for your return.

Return/Exchange Guidelines
-merchandise must be returned and postmarked within 14 days of receipt
-all items must be in an unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition
-returned merchandise is subject to inspection
-original outgoing shipping charged are not refunded
-all hangtags must accompany the product/s and proof of purchase must be included in returned box
-your refund will be processed within 5-7 days (credits back on your account depends on your bank/credit cards individual timeline)
-if any of these requirements are not met your refund will not be made
