The Cap-Ban-Nu™ Cotton Knit is a disposable sweatband and size reducer that provides an easy way to adjust the fit of your hat. Made from moisture-absorbing cotton knit, it reduces your hat size by a quarter size, and is the thinnest liner in the Cap-Ban-Nu™ lineup.

To use, simply peel the yellow backing to expose the self-adhesive side. Place the Cap-Ban-Nu™ inside the front of your hat with the adhesive facing inward. The strong adhesive ensures a secure bond with most hat linings, so be careful when positioning it to avoid any damage to the interior. If needed, a second Cap-Ban-Nu™ can be added to the back of the hat for further size reduction.
